 Customers can return products within 7 days of receiving their order.
 Discounted items are non-returnable, except in cases of size issues, damaged products,
or wrong items received.
 We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
 Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and returned with the invoice and all
accessories included.

10.2 Return Process

 Once a return is approved, customers must send the product back through their preferred
courier.
 Return shipping costs are to be covered by the customer, unless the return is due to

 We prefer exchanges over refunds. If an exchange is not suitable for the customer, we
will issue a refund.
 Refunds will be processed on the same day the return is approved.
 Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer, eSewa, or Cash, based on the customer’s
preference.

10.4 Damaged or Wrong Products
 If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect product, they must:
o Contact us immediately via email or phone.
o Provide clear photos or videos as proof.
 We will replace the product with the correct one at no extra cost.
 As a goodwill gesture, customers will receive an apology gift for any inconvenience
caused.
 Before dispatching any order, we take photos of the product to ensure quality control
and avoid sending incorrect or damaged items.
